Microsoft introduced GigaTIME, an AI model that can pull valuable tumor data from a basic $10 tissue slide, replacing work that once needed costly labs and long wait times.
Trained on 40 million cell samples from Providence Health, linking simple slides with immune system scans
Tested on 14,000+ cancer patients across 24 cancer types
Built a virtual library of 300,000 detailed tumor images

French AI startup Mistral released Devstral 2, a new coding model, and introduced Vibe CLI, its first smart coding agent that works inside the terminal.
• The 123B Devstral 2 model scored 72.2% on SWE-bench and performs close to top open models while being much smaller
