ChatGPT to Get Adult Mode Soon?

ChatGPT will soon allow erotic chats for verified adults, says Sam Altman.

Sam Altman said that OpenAI will let verified adults use erotic chat features. This change comes after the company added new safety tools to protect vulnerable users. The update will roll out in December as part of a new policy to “treat adult users like adults.”

• Altman said ChatGPT was first made very restrictive to protect mental health but will now loosen these limits.

• OpenAI has added age-prediction tools and mental health safety measures to support the change.
