Greetings! Your latest quick tech update is here:

Make AI Pick a Side (Because It’s Too Neutral Otherwise)

AI tries way too hard to be balanced, which makes its answers boring and generic. Force it to pick a stance.

🚫 Bad: “Explain the pros and cons of universal basic income.”
✅ Good: “Defend universal basic income as a long-term economic solution and refute common criticisms.”

Or, if you want even more depth:
✅ “Make a strong argument in favor of UBI from a socialist perspective, then argue against it from a libertarian perspective.”

This forces AI to actually generate arguments, instead of just listing pros and cons like a high school essay.

Meet Flexprice - Built for AI Native Companies.

The AI companies that win aren't the ones with the best model. They're the ones who can deliver value fastest to their customers.

As AI gets cheaper, product stops being the moat. How quickly you onboard a customer, how well you align pricing to the value they get, that's what compounds.

Flexprice is the monetization infrastructure that evolves with you, supporting any pricing model, at any scale, without rebuilding every time your strategy shifts.

Krutrim, Simplismart, and Segwise are handling complex pricing at scale without engineering distraction with Flexprice.

What’s happening AI today

1. AWS launches OpenAI models on Bedrock — one day after the Microsoft deal changed: Within 24 hours of OpenAI ending its Microsoft exclusivity, Amazon Web Services announced that OpenAI models are now available directly on AWS Bedrock — including a new agent service built on top of them. Andy Jassy had already signalled this was coming the moment the deal was announced. The speed of the rollout makes clear this was planned well in advance, and marks the first time enterprise customers can access OpenAI natively outside of Azure.

2. Altman vs Musk trial kicks off in San Francisco — and AI's future is on the docket: The Elon Musk vs OpenAI and Microsoft trial opened in a California federal court today, with potentially far-reaching consequences for how AI companies are structured and governed. The case centres on whether OpenAI violated its founding mission by converting to a for-profit entity. The removal of the AGI clause from the Microsoft deal — announced yesterday — is already being raised as a point of interest by observers following the proceedings.

3. Smarter AI agents hallucinate more — new research confirms the tradeoff: A paper presented at ICLR 2026 in Rio de Janeiro found that training AI models to reason harder through reinforcement learning increases tool-hallucination rates in direct proportion to performance gains. The finding lands at a moment when 96% of enterprises are already running AI agents in production — and only 12% have a central platform to manage them. For anyone building on agentic AI, the research is a clear warning: more capable does not mean more reliable.

Speak messy. Prompt clean.

Go on tangents. Change your mind mid-sentence. Say "um" twelve times. Wispr Flow doesn't care — it takes everything you say, strips the filler, and gives you clean, structured text ready to paste into any AI tool.

The result: prompts with the full context your AI tools need to give you useful answers. Not the abbreviated version you'd type because typing is slow.

Works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and every app on your screen. Millions of users worldwide, including teams at OpenAI, Vercel, and Clay.
