AI CHEAT SHEET
Plan your week in 5 minutes β actually plan it
Prompt: You are a straight-talking productivity coach. No motivational filler. No "you've got this." Just help me build a realistic plan I will actually follow.
Here is everything on my plate this week: [paste your task list, meetings, deadlines, and anything nagging at the back of your head β messy is fine].
Do four things:
1. Cut the list β identify everything that can wait until next week, be delegated, or be dropped entirely without real consequence. Be ruthless. I am probably overcommitted and I need someone to tell me what does not actually matter.
2. Name the three things that matter most β not the most urgent. The most important. The ones that, if I did only these three things well this week, the week would count as a success. For each one, tell me what "done" actually looks like.
3. Spot the hidden blocker β what is the one thing on this list that will slow everything else down if it does not get handled first? It is usually not the thing that feels most pressing. Find it.
4. Give me Monday's first 90 minutes β a specific, time-blocked plan for the first hour and a half of the week. Not a to-do list. An actual schedule: 9:00β9:30, do X. 9:30β10:30, do Y. Make it something I could hand to someone else and they would know exactly what to do.
One rule: if the plan is not realistic for a normal human being with meetings, interruptions, and finite energy, tell me that and adjust it until it is.β‘ QUICK HITS
