Uber Faces EU Fight on AI Pay
Uber faces pressure to stop using AI pay tools after claims they cut driver earnings.
Uber is under fresh legal heat after a worker rights group said the company’s AI pay system breaks European data rules and hurts driver incomes. The group sent a legal warning and plans to file a case in Amsterdam.

• Oxford research found many drivers earn less per hour since dynamic pricing started
• The group argues Uber used drivers’ own data to train these tools without proper limits
