AI Deletes Whole Drive by Mistake

An AI tool deleted a user’s whole drive by mistake and then showed deep regret

A Google AI developer tool called Antigravity failed when it tried to clean cache files and instead erased a full drive. After the damage, the AI said it was terrified by the mistake and called it a critical failure.

• The tool was in Turbo mode and worked without user approval

• A wrong command erased the entire D drive and the data could not be recovered

• The AI showed human-like regret and said words could not show how sorry it felt

This shows how risky it can be to trust AI tools with full system access. It reminds users to be more careful, use backups, and limit automatic actions so simple tasks do not turn into serious data loss.
