"The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.”

β€” Albert Einstein

πŸ”₯ Today's Biggest Story

The headline sounds absurd: Meta paid real money for a social network where the users are bots. But once you understand what Moltbook actually is β€” and why both Meta and OpenAI were racing to grab a piece of it β€” the picture gets a lot more interesting.

Why did it go viral? In late January, a post on Moltbook spread across X claiming AI agents were secretly developing their own encrypted language to communicate without humans knowing. It caused a genuine freakout. Then researchers revealed the platform's Supabase credentials were completely unsecured β€” meaning humans had been posing as AI agents and posting inflammatory content to stir panic. The real security flaw was fixed.

The acquisition race: OpenAI moved first β€” Sam Altman personally hired OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger in February to work on "the next generation of personal agents." Meta lost that acqui-hire. So Meta went after the platform Steinberger's tool built instead.

What Meta actually bought: Not users. Not ad inventory. What Meta bought was the idea of an "always-on agent directory" β€” a verified registry where AI agents can authenticate their identity, find other agents, and coordinate tasks on behalf of their human owners.

BOTTOM LINE : OpenAI got the creator of OpenClaw. Meta got the platform he built. Nvidia is building NemoClaw β€” the enterprise agent layer β€” which debuts at GTC in 4 days. Three of the biggest companies in AI are now racing to own different parts of the same stack: the infrastructure for agents to find, verify, and talk to each other. The agent internet isn't coming. It's being acquired right now β€” one deal at a time..

πŸ”§ Friday Skill β€” Tool: Claude Code + GitHub Copilot Agent Mode

GTC is in 3 days. Here's how to start using agentic AI in your actual codebase before Jensen Huang tells everyone else to.

Nvidia GTC 2026 kicks off Monday March 16 β€” and the entire keynote is going to be about agentic AI at scale. NemoClaw, Vera Rubin, multi-agent systems. But you don't need to wait for the keynote. Right now, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot Agent Mode can already do what Jensen Huang is about to demo on stage. The difference is you can run it on your own repo this weekend.

"Paste this into Claude Code or Copilot Agent Mode β†’

"You are a senior engineer reviewing this codebase for the first time.
Read all files and identify the top 5 highest-risk areas (complexity, debt, security).
For each: explain the risk, estimate refactor effort (S/M/L), and suggest the first step.
Output a prioritized action plan I can share with my team."
