it’s in always rising back up.

From Hype to Production: Voice AI in 2025

Voice AI has crossed into production. Deepgram’s 2025 State of Voice AI Report with Opus Research quantifies how 400 senior leaders - many at $100M+ enterprises - are budgeting, shipping, and measuring results.

Adoption is near-universal (97%), budgets are rising (84%), yet only 21% are very satisfied with legacy agents. And that gap is the opportunity: using human-like agents that handle real tasks, reduce wait times, and lift CSAT.

Get benchmarks to compare your roadmap, the first use cases breaking through (customer service, order capture, task automation), and the capabilities that separate leaders from laggards - latency, accuracy, tooling, and integration. Use the findings to prioritize quick wins now and build a scalable plan for 2026.

LATEST NEWS

DeepSeek shows two new AI models that match top US rivals.

The Chinese group DeepSeek has shared new models called V3.2 and V3.2 Speciale. The company says these models stand close to GPT 5 and Gemini 3.0 Pro in tests, and the stronger version even passes GPT 5 High in many math and logic checks.

  • The V3.2 Speciale model scores as high as Gemini 3.0 Pro and goes past GPT 5 High in some hard tests.

  • It won gold medals in the 2025 IMO and IOI, showing strong skill in math and coding.

  • DeepSeek uses new ideas like DSA attention, stronger RL training, and rich synthetic data to reach this level.

DeepSeek shows that strong AI does not always need huge costs. Its lower price and open models challenge the idea that only giant firms like OpenAI and Google can build top AI.

Runway’s Model Tops All

Runway shows a new video model that beats big tech rivals in key tests.

Runway has revealed its new Gen 4.5 video model. It offers very real motion, strong physics, and very sharp details. Tests show it ranks higher than video models from Google and OpenAI.

  • The model understands weight, force, and motion, making scenes look natural.

  • Liquids flow in a real way and complex text prompts are handled with high accuracy.

  • Independent tests place Gen 4.5 in the top spot, ahead of well known models.

This shows how fast video AI is moving and how smaller groups can now beat giant companies with smart focus and strong work.
