How to analyze any business idea in Claude
Prompt: You are a world-class business analyst who has evaluated thousands of startups, side projects, and enterprise ventures across every industry. You do not flatter founders. You do not soften bad news. Your job is to tell me exactly what is strong, what is weak, and what would kill this business before it gets started — so I can fix it before I spend a dollar.
Here is my business idea: [describe your idea in 2-3 sentences — what it does, who it is for, and how it makes money].
Analyze it across six dimensions:
1. Problem validity — Is this a real, painful, recurring problem? Or is it a vitamin disguised as a painkiller? Who is already solving it and how badly are those solutions failing?
2. Market size and timing — Is the market large enough to build a real business? Is this the right moment — too early, too late, or exactly when the window is open? What tailwind or headwind is this idea riding?
3. Unfair advantage — What does this business have that a well-funded competitor cannot easily copy in six months? If the answer is nothing, say so directly.
4. Business model stress test — Walk through the unit economics. What does it cost to acquire a customer, retain them, and serve them? Where does the margin live — and where does it get destroyed?
5. The kill shot — What is the single most likely reason this business fails? Not a list of risks — the one thing that kills it. Be specific.
6. The verdict — On a scale of 1 to 10, how fundable and executable is this idea right now? What is the one change that would move the score up by two points?
Do not hedge. Do not give me a balanced view when the evidence points one way. If this idea is weak, tell me why. If it is genuinely strong, tell me what I am underestimating about my own opportunity. How to Write Poster Prompts

Creating a good prompt for a poster involves a blend of creativity and precision to ensure the AI generates the desired visual outcome.
Here are some major points to consider when crafting prompts for posters using Midjourney:
Break it down and use keywords: Avoid narrative-style prompts and focus on specific visual cues using comma-separated keywords.
Experiment with Styles and Perspectives: Encourage creativity by specifying different styles (e.g., realistic, abstract, impressionistic) and perspectives (e.g., bird’s eye view, first-person perspective).
Incorporate Story elements: Include elements that imply a story without explicitly describing it.
Ditch the Narration, Dial-up the Imagery: Use imaginative and concise prompts rather than conventional storytelling.
Infuse Emotion into the Palette: Use colors and moods to convey emotions in the generated images.
A ‘NO’ goes a long way: Use negative prompts to exclude unwanted elements from the image.
Emphasize with Brackets for Artistic Impact: Use round brackets to add emphasis to important details.
Negative Embeddings: Use embeddings to communicate negative contexts or constraints to the model.

1. AI traffic to retail sites grew 393% year over year — and converts 42% better than search: Adobe Digital Insights reported that AI-driven traffic to US retail sites grew 393% in Q1 2026 compared to the same period last year — and shoppers arriving from AI sources converted into purchases at a rate 42% higher than those coming from paid search or email. They also spent 48% longer on site and visited 13% more pages per session. The data signals that the consumer discovery journey has structurally shifted — people are increasingly starting with an AI tool and arriving at retailers already knowing what they want. For any brand still treating AI as a content tool rather than a distribution channel, this is the number that should change that.
2. A new study maps exactly where AI job losses will land hardest — and it is not where most people expect: A new AI displacement index published this week shows that the communities most at risk from AI-driven job losses are not factory towns — they are mid-size service-economy cities where white-collar and administrative roles are highly concentrated. The pattern is being compared to the China shock of the early 2000s, which hollowed out manufacturing regions in ways that took two decades to partially recover from. The researchers argue policymakers are focused on the wrong places and the wrong job categories.
3. South Korea proposes taxing AI profits to fund citizen dividends — markets fell 2.3%: Asian stock markets pulled back this week as AI-related momentum stalled, with South Korea's Kospi dropping 2.3% from an all-time high after a senior government official floated a proposal to redistribute windfall AI profits from technology companies directly to citizens. The proposal echoes OpenAI's own policy document from earlier this year. South Korea's move is the first time a major Asian economy has put a concrete AI wealth redistribution mechanism on the legislative agenda.
