Elon Musk’s xAI Requires Employees to Install Monitoring Software on Personal Laptops
xAI has mandated employees training its Grok chatbot to install Hubstaff, a monitoring software, even on their personal laptops, raising privacy concerns.
Employees were required to install Hubstaff, which tracks web activity, app usage, mouse movements, and even takes screenshots during work hours.
Following media scrutiny, xAI allowed employees waiting for company laptops to delay installation, but only if they requested a corporate device.
One employee resigned in protest, calling the software "covert surveillance disguised as productivity tracking."

NVIDIA’s CEO Uses Multiple AI Models to Get the Best Answers
Jensen Huang, CEO and co-founder of NVIDIA, says he doesn’t rely on just one AI model for answers. Instead, he asks the same question to several AIs and compares their responses to find the most accurate and thoughtful one.
Huang compares using different AI models to getting second or third opinions from doctors.
He believes questioning and comparing answers helps improve his thinking and reasoning skills.
He uses AI as a daily tutor, asking it to explain things simply first, then go deeper step by step.
Huang’s approach shows that AI isn't just for fast answers, it can help people think better and learn more deeply when used the right way. His method encourages critical thinking and active learning, instead of blindly trusting a single AI response.
